Welcome to Veroah. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Veroah’s cloud browser infrastructure, sessions API, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Veroah Labs, Inc. (“Veroah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
Veroah provides cloud-based browser sessions designed for autonomous AI agents, web scraping, automation, and developer workflows. The Service includes instant session launching, stealth features, persistent memory, and integration with tools like Puppeteer and Playwright.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts and Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to bypass anti-bot protections on websites in violation of those sites’ terms
Overload or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except where permitted by law)
Use the Service to scrape personal data without proper authorization
5. Intellectual Property
Veroah owns all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.
6. Data and Outputs
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. However, you grant Veroah a limited license to use such data solely to provide, improve, and maintain the Service. Session recordings and logs may be stored temporarily for debugging and security purposes.
7. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. We may update pricing with notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee that your agents will never be blocked by third-party websites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veroah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
